We started with websites because that's often the most visible symptom of a broader problem. But the mission has always been larger: to be the operational intelligence partner that every SME deserves access to, not just the ones with enterprise budgets.

From the Founder
Most businesses we work with aren't failing. They're operating at 60% of what they're actually capable of. Not because of bad people, not because of bad ideas — but because the systems holding everything together were built for a company that no longer exists. The website they launched three years ago. The spreadsheet that became a process. The manual follow-up that nobody questioned because it always worked.
The problem is rarely obvious from the inside. When you're running a business, inefficiency becomes invisible — it's just "how things work here." Our job is to come in from the outside, see clearly, and build what the next version of the business actually needs.
I started Sentaflow because I kept seeing the same pattern: capable businesses held back by solvable problems. A website that wasn't converting. A follow-up process nobody was following. Tools that didn't talk to each other. None of these things are hard to fix — but they require someone who's done it before, thinking clearly, without the baggage of being inside the business.
